Mark was basically born into the real estate business in Baltimore. Growing up, he worked in his family's real estate business. While studying Urban Planning in college, he earned his real estate license in 2003. Over the years, Mark has worked with a variety of Buyers and Sellers, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Mark takes a proactive, knowledge-based approach in helping his clients with their real estate needs. As a Fells Point resident since 2005, and lifelong Baltimorean, he understands the different neighborhood housing stock throughout the Metro area. He looks forward to helping his clients understand value and helping them throughout the buying and selling process.
Specializing in Baltimore's residential real estate market since 2003, Mark literally grew up in the real estate business. After spending his childhood following his father to showings, open houses and settlements, he earned his real estate license in 2003 and has not looked back since. Mark's roots in Baltimore gives him an in depth, unique understanding of areas neighborhood housing stock, complete with neighborhood history, pricing trends, value-added amenities, construction & future developments. He enjoys sharing this information with his clients in a way that allows Buyer's and Seller's to be comfortable knowing they are making informed decisions. Mark was featured on The Discovery Channel's real estate reality TV show "Double Agents".
Dr. Simone graduated from the Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson Medical College in 2004. He works in Cambridge, MA and specializes in Internal Medicine - Geriatrics. Dr. Simone is affiliated with Mount Auburn Hospital.
