Abstract:

Memory systems and methods are described. In one embodiment, a circuit board has front and back surfaces. At least one memory device having a plurality of pins is mounted on the front surface of the circuit board. At least one other memory device having a plurality of pins is mounted on the back surface of the circuit board. The memory devices are mounted on the circuit board such that at least some pins from the one memory device align with at least some pins of the other memory device to provide aligned pin pairs. A via is disposed in the circuit board and extends between and connects individual pins of an aligned pin pair.

Abstract:

A method of and system for evaluating an appraisal value associated with a loan are disclosed. The method includes receiving an appraisal value and at least one of foreclosure sale data and purchase money transaction data associated with a loan in a computerized system. The method also includes estimating the accuracy of the appraisal value based the at least one of foreclosure sale data and purchase money transaction data. The system includes memory configured to store an appraisal value and at least one of foreclosure sale data and purchase money transaction data associated with the loan. The system also includes a processor coupled to the memory and operable to execute programmed instructions, wherein the programmed instructions are configured to estimate the accuracy of the appraisal value based on the at least one of foreclosure sale data and purchase money transaction data.

Abstract:

An e-payment advice system includes a at least one payor computer system generating payment instructions and payment advice records. At least one web-based server receives and stores payment advice records from the payor and generates a unique identifier for each payment advice records and returns the identifier to the payor after receipt of the payment advice record. At least one payor banking computer system matches the identifier with the payment instructions and transmits the matched data to the payor banking computer system. At least one payee banking computer system transmits the identifier and a payment in accordance with the payment instructions to the payee banking computer system which transmits the unique identifier to the payee. The payee transmits the identifier to the web-based server which transmits the payment advice record identified by the identifier to the payee which will then close out the accounts receivable related to the payment advice.

Abstract:

Provided is an enhanced television system and method including a television receiver in communication with a broadcast reception tuner. The television receiver is configured to receive and display video data from a video stream and enhancement data from the reception tuner. The video stream includes embedded base programming identification metadata, and the television receiver is further configured to extract a base identification tag from the embedded base programming identification metadata, and combine enhancement data received from the reception tuner associated with the base identification tag with the video stream. The video stream may then be displayed.

Abstract:

Provided is an enhanced television system and method including a television display in communication with a broadcast enhancement pathway via a first communication interface of the television display and with a video connection via a second communication interface of the television display. The television display receives and displays uncompressed video data from a digital video stream carried over the video connection from a video source and enhancement data from the broadcast enhancement pathway. The digital video stream includes embedded base programming identification metadata. The television display receives the enhancement data from the broadcast enhancement pathway without the enhancement data passing through the video source; and extracts a base identification tag from the embedded base programming identification metadata. The enhancement data received from the broadcast enhancement pathway associated with the base identification tag is combined with the digital video stream. The enhancement data includes instructions for receiving additional enhancement information.
