Abstract:

Methods and apparatus to handle support contacts in a call center are disclosed. An example method for handling a first contact to a support center includes receiving the first contact from a first person, receiving a first identifier associated with the first person, analyzing contact details for a second contact associated with a second identifier associated with a second person different from the first person to determine if a problem associated with the first identifier exists, and indicating that a problem associated with the first identifier exists if the contact details for the second contact associated with the second identifier indicate that a problem associated with the first identifier exists.

Abstract:

A hurricane proof roof made of interlocking composite panels to form a super strong barrier on your house, and watertight seal. The composite with a tensile strength of 4000 PSI is with able to stand repeated punishment from flying debris at tremendous velocity and suffer only minor indentation. Because of its low profile and strength it can't be bent upward, so even the strongest winds can't get hold of it in an attempt to lift it off.

Abstract:

A power-driven snowboard includes forward and rear regions, with the forward region measuring approximately two-thirds of the length of the board. The rear region is bent downwardly relative to the forward region by an angle of approximately 6 degrees. A drive unit is removably attached at the rear region of the snowboard and it includes a drive unit mounting assembly, a plurality of rollers rotatably supported in the mounting assembly, a motor propelling the snowboard, and a drive belt supported on the rollers and drivingly connected to the motor. The drive drive belt has ridges formed thereon for engaging the snow or ice upon which the snowboard is driven, and a cutout formed in the snowboard, and through which the belt engages the snow or ice below the snowboard, is rearwardly open as seen horizontally behind the drive belt.
