Plan, coordinate and facilitate clinical training on hematology, chemistry, coagulation, serology, urinalysis, reference and phlebotomy laboratory procedures, QC and preventive maintenance services for new hires. Administer, process, and safeguard confidential data. Manage laboratory workflow, QC and QA standards.
