Martin earned a Bachelors Degree in Urban Planning, a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has his Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. Martin served as the Designated Broker for four years and managed as many as 60 agents and office staff. He is a CRS designee and a Certified Buffini Mentor. Martin is serving on the Veterans Advisory Board for Kitsap County and is an active member of Business Network International (BNI). He developed housing and housing programs for over 20 years. He provided consulting services for the City of Bainbridge Island and served as the Executive Director of the Jefferson County Housing Authority. He is a founding member of the Habitat for Humanity chapter in Jefferson County.
