The apparatus includes a first set of swivel caster wheels near a front portion of the apparatus, a second set of non-swivel caster wheels located generally where the passenger carrier is connected to the cart, and a third set of swivel caster wheels located near a rear portion of the apparatus. The apparatus includes an upper portion in a first position that can be displaced to a second position to form an opening sized to receive a front portion of another cart basket in a nested configuration.
