Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention relate to dividers with tabs adjustable along at least two edges of the binder. One embodiment is directed to a divider for use in a binder. The divider comprises a panel, the panel comprising a binding edge and a plurality of non-binding edges, and a tab. The panel comprises at least one binding feature adjacent the binding edge and at least one tab mating feature adjacent at least first and second edges of the plurality of non-binding edges. The tab is configured to mate with the at least one tab mating feature. The at least one tab mating feature is configured such that the tab is positionable in at least two longitudinal positions along the first non-binding edge and in at least two longitudinal positions along the second non-binding edge.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided that provide respiration entrainment cues to a user to encourage relaxation or a sleep state. The entrainment cues may be audible, visible, or tactile (or any combination). The entrainment cues include a rhythmic component associated with a target respiration rate and may include sub-components associated with a target breath architecture, such as an inhale-exhale cycle. The systems and methods detect the user's respiration to determine whether the user's respiration matches the entrainment cues or whether the user has fallen asleep.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a automated spraying device for spraying an enclosure with a liquid cleanser, the device having, a reservoir () for containing the liquid cleanser, a pump () in fluid communication with the reservoir, and a movable spray head () having an outlet orifice through which cleanser from the reservoir can be expelled during operation of the pump if there is such liquid cleanser in the reservoir. Said spraying device also contains an electrical motor drive mechanism () for sequentially operating th pump () and moving the spray head () to modify the direction of the spray there from, such that the spray head is not simultaneously spraying and moving. Furthermore, the spray head is suitable for producing an aerosol whereby the Dv50 of the aerosol is in the range of from 30 to 70 micron.
