Authorities in Raleigh, North Carolina, received the call from 28-year-old Matthew Phelps Friday and responded to find his wife, 29-year-old Lauren Ashley-Nicole Phelps, dead in a bedroom from stab wounds.The News & Observer reports Matthew Phelps worked at a lawn care service and graduated from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in 2011 in Pineville, Kentucky, where he studied mission and evangelism. Lauren Phelps reportedly sold products for candle company Scentsy.
