Electron beam cured siloxane dielectric films and to a process for their manufacture which are useful in the production of integrated circuits. A siloxane polymer having in one aspect less than 40 Mole percent carbon containing substituents, and in another aspect at least approximately 40 Mole percent carbon containing substituents is cured by a wide beam electron beam exposure.

Abstract:

A laryngoscope system includes a body having a handle and an arm, a camera mounted on a distal end of the arm, and a removable blade having a channel sized to fit over the arm to couple the blade to the body. The blade includes a magnet, and a sensor disposed in the body is responsive to the magnet. The laryngoscope system also includes a processor disposed in the body and programmed to enable at least one monitoring function in response to a signal from the sensor.

The multifunctional visualization instrument includes a display screen on the body and a camera stick at the distal end of the body and comprising an arm and a camera. The arm of the camera stick is sized to fit within a channel of a removable laryngoscope blade. The multifunctional visualization instrument includes a port on a surface of the laryngoscope, configured to mate with an introducer and a steering input for steering the introducer, displayed on the display screen simultaneously with an image of the patient captured by the camera.

Abstract:

A water turbine drive system is described for generating rotational power from a flowing water stream. The water turbine drive system comprises a rotating machine driven by a water turbine disposed remote from the machine, where the machine and turbine are connected together by a tether member adapted to be rotated by the turbine and transmit the rotation and thereby drive the machine. The tether member permits positional movement of the turbine relative to the machine such that the rotational axis of the turbine need not be co-aligned with the rotational axis of a driven rotating member of the machine.

Abstract:

Devices and methods for aiding practitioners in the implementation of arthroplasty prosthetics. Example devices may include a base and an alignment arm, and may be used for finding and recording the native alignment of a bone head, such as the femoral or humeral head. The base may be attached to the bone and the alignment arm may be adjusted to reflect the native alignment of the bone. Once the alignment is recorded, the native bone head may be removed and the prosthetic bone head may be attached to the bone, and properly oriented using the alignment arm of the device.
