Abstract:
The present invention features mass spectrometry data analysis techniques that can be employed to selectively identify analytes differing in abundance between different sample sets. The employed techniques determine the statistical significance of changes to signals associated with mass-to-charge ratios (“m/z-intensity pairs”) between individual samples and sample sets. Based on the statistical significance, changes likely to indicate analyte level differences are identified. Based on intensities of the signals, ratios of analyte abundances can be determined.

The writers represent a range of Hollywood talent. Janet Leahy and Lisa Albert are the seasoned veterans; they both worked with Mad Men creator Matthew Wiener in the late 1990s. Then there are the younger industry players, Erin Levy and Carly Wray, who both got their big break on the show. Rounding
d Men of yesteryear. Just when it looks like Jaguar is in the bag, an errant wad of chewing gum ruins the entire deal. (Credit goes to Matthew Wiener and co-writer Frank Pierson for creating the perfect visual metaphor for self-sabotage.) Unlike his colleagues, Lane is not amused by the news. Pete,
