Although I have years of Real Estate experience in New Construction I love old homes! I currently live in a home in the borough of West Chester built in 1895. This is the third historic home that I have owned.

About:

Licensed since 1993 Assoc. Broker in PA and DE 8 years of managing for 2 different Brokers Background in New Construction and Land Acquisition Familiar with Chester and Delaware Counties as well as parts of New Castle County, Wilmington, Philadelphia, Manyunk, the Main Line, and King of Prussia west to Reading Married with three daughters and three grandchildren, I spend most of my spare time with family. I try to get to the gym 4 days a week and in the summer I spend as much time as I can in my garden. In 2009 I was honored to be on the West Chester Garden Tour. The tour is a yearly event in the borough of West Chester and benefits the Barclay Friends, which is a senior care facility. Most mornings you will find me walking my dog Emery, who is an 11 year old Cairn Terrier. Corky the cat prefers to sleep on a rocking chair on the back porch. I love the business of Real Estate. It is unlike any other. It can be exciting, agonizing, frustrating, thrilling but never boring. Every transaction is different because every client is different. Real Estate really isn't about houses, it's about people. If you think about it, most people who buy or sell a house are doing it as part of a life change. They got married, they got divorced, they had a baby or the last child left for college. Maybe they got a promotion or a job transfer, or maybe they lost a job. All of these changes can be very stressful. My job as a Realtor is to make the Real Estate part of the change as easy and stress free as possible. I have met some of the most wonderful people during the course of my career and I'm happy to say, many of them have become good friends, who in return have referred their friends to me as clients.
