Legal compliance experience includes: filing proof of claims for Ch 7, Ch 13, Ch 11 bankruptcies. Complete reaffirmation agreements/refer cases to legal for recovery of assets. Complete treasury responses to property gaming license renewals. Assist in review and execution of ISDA swap contracts, letters of credit, bank account agreements, and officer 10-q/10-k certification. File claims to recover unclaimed property (due to acquisitions).
