A fire pit burner having an inlet hub adapted to be fluidly connected to a fuel source, a fuel supply spoke, and a burner tube. The fuel supply spoke is fluidly connected to the inlet hub at a first end and the burner tube at a second end at such an angle that the elevation of the first end is above the second end. Additionally, the fuel supply spoke and the burner tube each have a plurality of top and side holes in order to distribute the fuel and flames.
A semi-submersible gas burner assembly for a fire-on-water feature, the assembly including a tubular void former having nominal waterline disposed between proximal and distal ends and a separable lid engaging the distal end. The lid includes inner and outer peripheral skirts projecting toward and past the waterline, respectively. At least one gas manifold arm extends through and outward from the tubular void former, and includes a gas port disposed proximate the sidewall. The sidewall at the distal end includes a communicating aperture which fluidly interconnects the interior of the tubular void former with a flame retention chamber defined by the sidewall, the lid, the inner peripheral skirt of the lid, and the nominal waterline.
Water effects devices including a generally annular pressure chamber having an inlet, an upper wall portion, and at least one horizontally elongated outlet spaced apart from and disposed below the upper wall portion. The pressure chamber may include a baffle configured to block flow along any otherwise uninterrupted straight line extending from the inlet to the outlet. The outlet may include a scupper plate projecting from the outlet opening and away from the outer surface of the pressure chamber. The baffle and the scupper plate may constitute a single sheet of material extending from within the pressure chamber, proximate a wall of the chamber opposite the outlet, to the location away from the outer surface of the pressure chamber. Devices including ornamental housings providing a central void are also disclosed.
