Several years experience in a controlled test lab using several quality tools such as chemical testing machines, mechanical testing machines, micrometers, calipers, hydrometers, thermocouples and controllers, viscosity meters, electronic meters, microscopic testing, etc. Microscopic testing and measuring is a strongpoint. Several years experience operating and training forklift operations, managing inventory control and shipping/receiving. Several years experience with MS Office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Experience working with supply vendors and fabrication vendors for custom needs. Furnace calibrations and configurations are a strong point. Knowledge of mill operations such as blast furnaces, rolling mills, forging, etc. Able to operate manual lathes, and little experience with CNC machines. Operation of several machines such as centerless grinder, turning machines, and peen shot machines, material drawing operations, some experience with extrusion. Extensive experience in ISO 9001 and AS9100 environments for years Experience with small electronics of many types such as CMB assemblies. I also have the ability to work well in a team and independently I have managed several personnel for several years.
