Abstract:

A data transmission system includes a first data transmission device for receiving commands from a host; a second data transmission device for transmitting commands to a memory device; and a crossbar device for receiving commands from the first data transmission device over a first link and transmitting the commands to the second data transmission device over a second link. The crossbar device includes status logic to detect a command transmission error on the first link from the first data transmission device and transmits a retry command to prompt the first data transmission device to retry the transmission of the command over the first link. The second data transmission device reports a transmission error on the second link to the status logic of the crossbar device and the status logic of the crossbar device transmits the retry command to prompt the first data transmission device to retry the transmission of the command over the first link.

A system which in some embodiments comprises a wireless smart device assembly that includes a smart device, wherein the smart device assembly is attachable or mountable against an unopened surface of a wall or other structure. In some embodiments, a system comprises a smart device assembly that includes a smart device; and a fastener that includes adhesive and is coupled to the smart device assembly and releasably attachable to a wall or other structure. Abstract:

A water sensor comprises a housing including a top portion and a bottom portion; a controller positioned within the housing; a power source electrically coupled to the controller to energize the controller; and a continuity sensor electrically coupled to the controller and including an inner arcuate portion and an outer arcuate portion, the inner arcuate portion having an electrically conductive surface spanning at least 300 degrees, the outer arcuate portion having an electrically conductive surface spanning at least 300 degrees and substantially surrounding the inner arcuate portion to define an gap therebetween, wherein the water sensor is structured to transition from a first logical state to a second logical state responsive to water bridging the gap, and wherein the controller is structured to transmit a wireless water detection signal responsive to the water sensor transitioning to the second logical state.
