SKILLS Software: Daily experience creating/maintaining images with Windows XP-8 (32&64bit), Office [] Cisco and Checkpoint VPN clients, Ghost, VMware, FTP clients, Marimba, Pivotal, Quality Center, GoToAssist, Oracle, Wireshark, Acrobat Pro, and XP mode. Proficient with Windows OS commands and concepts, file management, object linking and embedding, customizing Windows, troubleshoot hardware and software faults using diagnostic utilities. Network: Knowledge of applications and protocols as well as standard network monitoring and analyzing tools. Hands on with Cisco routers and switches, network sniffing software, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, print servers, remote services, wireless networking, cabling and patching. Create and manage accounts with Active Directory Organizational Units, Group Policy Objects, Member Groups and Distribution Lists. Managed network share, application support, implement data security procedures and performed backups. Hardware: Setup and repair PC components from most recent to over 15 year old equipment including rack mount servers on a regular basis. Identify system components and assemble functional systems, develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, configure data storage devices, optimize memory, and use multiple types of diagnostic software.
