I have lived in the Tampa/St Petersburg area now for about 25 years.. I moved here from Maine when I was 10 years old and my family settled in St Petersburg. That is where I attended all my grade schools and High school. After High School, I served in the United States Air Force where I was stationed in Aviano, Italy and Torrejon, Spain. I was a Crew Chief Mechanic on the F-16. The Air Force was a good experience for me .. They gave me the drive I have today that allows me to succeed in todays tougher Real Estate market and perseverance to continue searching until I find the perfect home for every Home Buyer I assist in the home buying process. After the Air Force I moved back to St. Petersburg and attended St Petersburg College and University of South Florida. My next job was working for Tech Data, a fortune 100 computer distribution company where I developed a love for helping people find what they need but knew I wanted something more rewarding. In 1999 I moved to Chicago where I started my Real Estate career, assisting families and individuals find homes, Condos and Town Homes. Later I would work for a builder in the Chicago Land area where I first started working with new construction homes. In 2003 I moved back to Tampa Bay and began my New Home Real Estate career in earnest and have ever since been helping people find the new homes of their dreams.. I want to believe I have put all my effort in those pursuits and the greatest compliment I get is when a past client allows the opportunity to help their families and friends find homes. Of course I do resales when practical but more times then not I can find a new home or new Town Home. When you compare a new home vs a resale, It's generally a pretty easy decision. For the same price as a resale you get builder assist with closing costs, there are builders warrenties, you get to pick all the colors, everything is new, and best of all it's yours and no one has ever lived in it. So again I, thank you for trusting me to help you in one of the most important decisions of you life. I will do everything in my power to not let you down.
