I hold a Florida Broker's License and State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #1175 designation. These licenses qualify me to appraise and sell all property types in Florida. I specialize in single and multi family residential homes and projects, commercial retail properties, churches, citrus and tropical fruit groves, ranches, marinas, conservation easements, eminent domain, estate and partial interest trusts. I appraise and real estate with the highest regard for ethics and moral behavior. The majority of my business is real estate appraising and consulting, and I'm generally used as a buyer's agent for sales.
