Abstract:Methods and systems for identifying and resolving payment integrity issues are provided. Analytic techniques that may include a query component, an artificial intelligence engine, and a text mining component are integrated into a payment integrity system. One or more of the analysis components provide information from a source transaction system to an audit module. The audit module utilizes the outputs from the analysis components to resolve whether or not a claim payment was overpaid or underpaid. The audit module may subsequently instruct one of the analysis components to further analyze information from the source transaction system in accordance with previously provided information from another analysis component.

Abstract:A dual tank bulk packaging container comprises an inner receptacle comprising a peripheral wall between opposite top and bottom walls to define a primary containment space. The inner receptacle comprises an outlet proximate a bottom end thereof. An outer shell comprises a peripheral sidewall connected to a formed bottom to define a secondary containment space having an upper opening sized to receive the inner receptacle. The outer shell includes integral legs for resting on a support surface. The peripheral sidewall is configured to support the inner receptacle in the secondary containment space. The outer shell comprises an outlet proximate a bottom end thereof wherein the inner receptacle outlet is aligned with the outer shell outlet incident to the inner receptacle being received in the outer shell. A seal is provided between the inner receptacle and the outer shell proximate the outlets thereof.

Abstract:A low level indicator for a heated fluid in a container such as for use in indicating the glue level in a tank in a hot melt glue application. A thermistor probe is positioned at the mid-level of the container and senses the level of the heater fluid based upon sensing fluid contact with the probe. A light or alarm is activated when the heated fluid level falls below the probe, permitting of cooling the probe. The light or alarm is only activated when the probe becomes cooler subsequent to a time at which the probe was immersed in the fluid and properly heated. This conditional activation prevents continued low level alarm indications when the container is refilled with material at a temperature lower than that of the heated fluid.

Abstract:A power controller for placement between a source of electricity and a user of electricity such as heaters for heating thermoplastic material. The controller comprises a normally closed switch allowing electrical communication between the source and user. An electrical control circuit including a coil which is connected to the normally closed switch. The control circuit further includes a switch assembly operable between an on and off condition. The switch assembly prevents or allows the energization of the coil when in the on or off condition, respectively. A first timing assembly causes the switch assembly to be in the on condition for a first selected duration after energization of the control circuit. A second timing assembly causes the switch assembly to be intermittently placed in an on condition after energization of the control circuit.

Abstract:A fitting (10) for dispensing fluids, such as hot melt adhesives, includes a swivel member (12) and a housing (14). The swivel member (12) has a ball (16) at one end which is received within a socket (22) of the housing (14). The swivel member (12) has a first bore (24) which intersects and cooperates with at least one secondary bore (28). The secondary bore (28) is generally perpendicular to the first bore (24) and to a conduit (54) in the housing (14). Fluid enters the first bore (24), passes into the secondary bore (28), passes into a reservoir (40) and then finally into the conduit (54) and out of the housing (14). The reservoir and the orientation of secondary bores 28 reduces or eliminates axial loading on swivel member (12) due to the internal fluid pressure.
