Abstract:

A device in which a lifting hopper ( ) traverses up along inclined rails ( L) and ( R) and dumps a load into a receptacle of some nature. The lifting hopper ( ) will accept a variety of material and debris laden carts, tilt trucks, and wheel barrows. No modifications or special attachments are needed to use the various carts, tilt trucks, and wheel barrows. The loaded cart, tilt truck or wheel barrow positions in the lifting hopper and secures in place. The lifting hopper ( ) traverses up along incline rails ( L) and ( R), rotates and dumps, then returns to the original position ready for another cycle. Material or debris may load directly into the lifting hopper ( ) without the use of a cart, tilt truck, or wheel barrow when wheel ( ) extends the dumping device can reposition around the material or debris receptacle, or loaded onto a truck or trailer and transported to a different site.

Abstract:

A Stake Driver Apparatus. The apparatus provides the user with the ability to rapidly drive stakes into a straw wattle. There is a slot within the apparatus for inserting a stake and then guiding the stake as the stake is being driven through the wattle and into the ground. A slide hammer shuttle can slide up and down an elongate barrel member to drive a slide hammer into the top of a stake being held within the barrel member. A footrest assembly having adjustable height is incorporated so that the stake and barrel will be spaced above the top surface of the wattle while each stake is being driven into the wattle and ground.
