Mike moved to Park City in 2004. While a native Californian, he has lived in Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, New York, St. Louis, Atlanta and Tokyo, Japan. He has enjoyed living in these different cities but Park City is finally home for him.
His real estate career began in New York City in 1976. His commercial real estate experience includes two assignments in Tokyo, Japan as well as extensive travel throughout Asia, Europe and the United States. In his last assignment in Tokyo, he was President of GMAC Investment Advisors, overseeing the acquisition, asset management and disposition of GMAC’s equity real estate investments in Japan.
Mike’s career includes the management of over $2B in office, retail, hotel and industrial properties located throughout the United States. He was responsible for the leasing, budgeting, strategic planning and disposition. He has negotiated over $2B in sales of commercial real estate. He has been involved with various national real estate organizations including, Institute of Real Estate Management, Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

He is currently a licensed real estate associate with Keller Williams Park City Real Estate. Keller Williams is the nation’s fourth largest and fastest growing residential real estate brokerage. In 2005, he was Keller Williams Rookie of the Year.
Mike and his wife, Linda, have two grown children living in Idaho and New York City. Mike enjoys golf, hiking, skiing and camping.
