Description:
You're buying a home. This may be your first home; this may be your fifth home. You're refinancing to pull cash out because your child is heading off to college. These are just a few of the reasons you may need a loan. Everyone has a different set of circumstances and a different set of financial goals. At Intercoastal, we pride ourselves on meeting those particular goals, and tailor our loan products to meet your needs. I can generally complete your free pre-approval in a 10-15 minute phone conversation. We are not a broker, nor are we a bank.We staff in-house processing, underwriting and closing departments. From the moment of loan application to the moment your loan closes, your loan will not leave our office. Because of this, we can address any item with your loan in a timely manner to ensure your transaction closes on time and you are satisfied. I joined Intercoastal Mortgage in 2007 after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado. I was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Northern Virginia. Being a native to the area, I have a detailedunderstanding of the local market that you will not get with other lenders. Intercoastal Mortgage was founded in 1987. We have been through several up and down cycles. The industry has changed drastically in the 4 years since my arrival. Many loan officers have left the industry due to rapid and extensive guideline and market changes. We at Intercoastal have persevered, and are one of the top mortgage companies in the DC metro area. Here are what a few of my past clients have said… "Michael was very professional, personal, informative, and gave us a lot of insight.I had every confidence in him and his company." – Steven & Desiree "Mike was always available. He could be reached via phone/email/text during the entire loan process." – Victoria & Felix "Excellent!Mike was very professional and prompt to address all concerns and questions during the lending process." – Matt "We liked everything about your services but Mike was our only contact and therefore to us was our introduction to your company. He is a very honest, hardworking and caring agent which we found refreshing, especially in today's marketplace." – Mohammad & Gretchen "I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.We had a great experience with Mike and Intercoastal." – Ryan & Karen "Mike walked us through the process step by step from how a mortgage works to settlement. As first time homebuyers, we relied on him heavily and he never let us down." – Adam & Jennifer "Once our offer was accepted, the sellers required our appraisal and financing contingencies to be completed in half the time that any other bank could do. If it were not for Intercoastal and Mike moving quickly, we would've missed out on our dream home." – Njari & April
