Missouri shocks No. 16 Texas A&M 38-31 in overtime
Texas A&M tied it on Tannehills 2-yard TD pass to Michael Lamothe, but Missouri went up 14-7 with 2 seconds left in the quarter on a 42-yard catch-and-run from Franklin to tight end Eric Waters. It was Waters second career reception.
Tannehill then threw 20 yards to Uzoma Nwachukwu. A&M capped the drive with a 19-yard pass to tight end Michael Lamothe who played a key role in getting the running game rolling along with tight ends Nehemiah Hicks and Hutson Prioleau. They combined for four catches for 49 yards, but it wa
faced a 3rd-and-10 near midfield with under two minutes left in the half, but Tannehill reeled off three consecutive completions. He extended the drive with a 13-yard pass to Ryan Swope, hit Uzoma Nwachukwu for 20 yards, then found Michael Lamothe for an 18-yard touchdown and a 20-7 lead at the break.
