COMMUNITY SERVICE: As a Reformers Unanimous Group Leader, I have had the opportunity and privilege of working over 1000 hours; within my community to help families and young teenagers combat the issues of drug and alcohol abuse, as well as, physical and mental abuse. WRITING AND EDITING: My extensive writing skills include experience related to Microsoft Excel, Word Document, as well as, creating Power Point Presentations. All of my writing and editing skills have been acquired throughout my work experience and from high school to college. As a writer I have typed and rewrote many of the RU schedules. MECHANICAL APPLITUDE: As an ASE Certified technician, I have a great amount of skills related to mechanical and technical tasks. Some of these skills include, measuring, calculating, engineering and design. COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION: As an effective communicator and a business organizer, I have learned to be an active listener, a planner, as well as, a leader. For me, organization is founded on being prompt, prioritizing tasks, and getting the most important work done first. As a manager and organizer, I also lead by example. As a manager, I always attempt to pull all the elements of the job together in an orderly, functional, and structured manner. I also implement brainstorming activities relating to my businesses program planning processes. As a manager and communicator, I have found that active listening is the key to all communication successes. Not only does active listening increase ones problem solving ability, it can also allow a worker to make the most effective decision. As an effective communicator, I always implement my skills of negotiation, bargaining, persuading, as well as, debating. Each of these skills are implemented in a pleasant and respective manner.
