Abstract:

A method and system is provided which allows for integrating streaming content and a real time interactive dynamic user interface on a network, such as the Internet. The system includes a web browser for receiving a user interface from a content server. The user interface, among other functions, detects an embedded code in a media file from a streaming content server. Based on the embedded code, the user interface spawns a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) process which retrieves information from a data store. The information in the data store may include rules for altering the displayed user interface. The system and method results in an interactive user interface which may be easily modified by altering the contents of the data store rather than altering and reindexing the media file.

Abstract:

A dispenser for a toy and treats and a method for using the dispenser are disclosed. The dispenser contains an enclosure having a funnel at the top, an opening at the bottom of one of the enclosure walls, a treat dispenser containing treats having at least one hole from which the treats can exit, a ramp that directs the toy and treats to exit the enclosure and a support for the funnel and treat dispenser. The pet is encouraged to drop the toy into the enclosure through the funnel. The toy bounces off the treat dispenser causing it to release treats through the hole at the bottom of the dispenser. The toy and the treats roll out the opening encouraging the pet to further interact with the dispenser for fun and exercise.

Abstract:

According to this invention, a golf strap comprised of a flexible soft material with a visual alignment indicator and fastener is provided with a raised flexible bar across the palm portion, which aligns the golf club for proper gripping. The golf strap is worn around a golfer's hand, and the visual alignment indicator directs the golfer in proper golf strap placement before affixing the fastener to secure the golf strap. The flexible bar is so positioned across the palm portion of the golf strap that, when the golf club grip is held, the gripping hand of a golfer wearing the golf strap receives the grip portion of the club shaft across the palm of the golf strap and against the flexible bar. The flexible bar positions the club shaft to lie diagonally across the roots of the fingers. When the hand is closed around the golf club, with the flexible bar cradling the grip portion of the golf club, an automatic proper gripping of the golf club will be ensured.

Abstract:

A toy with catnip and pet treat dispensers and method for using are disclosed. The catnip dispenser, the third center wall, contains four small circular openings in the enclosure from which the catnip can either exit or be smelled. The treat dispenser, the first center wall, contains a inch circular opening in the enclosure from which random amounts of pet treats filter out upon exiting from a container enclosed by an interior wall with a inch circular opening opposite the first center treat dispenser wall. The pet is encouraged to roll the toy. The forward, backward and sideward rolling motion of the catnip dispenser and treat dispenser causes it to release catnip and/or pet treats through the openings at the bottom of the dispenser walls. The catnip and/or pet treats roll out the openings, encouraging the pet to further interact with the dispensers for fun and exercise.
