Abstract:

A toilet overflow control system is provided including a secondary float chamber and secondary float. The secondary float chamber is located below the toilet water tank and behind the toilet bowl at the water level of the toilet bowl and extending upward to the bottom of the toilet water tank. A vertical rod extends upward from the secondary float and is attached to a lever on the toilet water supply valve. This allows the secondary float to turn off the water when the toilet bowl water rises above a normal level. The vertical rod is inside a tube that allows it to go through the water tank without any loss of water. The secondary float chamber is fluidically connected to the toilet bowl by a horizontal conduit located just above the toilet bowl normal water level. A rinse hose is connected to the water supply valve to allow rinse water to flow into the secondary float chamber to prevent a back flow of water into the secondary float chamber during the flush.

A system and method of a Dial-Up Networking (DUN) approach is disclosed. The DUN system authenticates a wireless network between a portable electronic device and a control module. The DUN system includes the portable electronic device, a transceiver, and the control module. A wireless service carrier is associated with the portable electronic device. The control module includes control logic for determining the wireless service carrier associated with the portable electronic device. The control module further includes control logic for establishing the wireless network connection between the control module and the portable electronic device.

The shower system includes a shower head, a valve, a fluid line, a receiver and a switch disposed in a floor of the shower system. The valve fluidly connects the shower head to a fluid line, with the valve being operable to control flow of fluid to the shower head; the receiver is operable to control the valve. Abstract:

A system and method for selecting, downloading, and storing software applications to a motor vehicle includes a user selecting an application to add to the motor vehicle. Upon selection, the a vehicle service provider prepares the application for delivery to the vehicle by packaging the requested application source files and digitally signs the application source files. If the selection was made from the vehicle, the application package is delivered to the vehicle upon request. Otherwise, the vehicle synchronizes with the service provider at a later time. During this synchronization process, the vehicle determines that an application must be downloaded and requests the application package from the service provider. The application source is contained within one digitally signed application package that is delivered to the vehicle. The vehicle verifies the digital signature of the package. If the digital signature is valid, the contents are unpacked and stored locally by the vehicle.
