Abstract:

A security enclosure () for a control apparatus () is disclosed. The enclosure () is formed of a cage () connected to a base (). Opposing mounting straps () partially embedded within the base () extend inside the cage () through strap engagement slots (). The cage () has cage lock holes () that align with strap lock holes () in the mounting straps (), and through which a lock device () is passed to secure the cage () to the mounting straps () and the base (). The shackle () of a lock () is passed through a hole () in a movable lock tab () on the lock device () and a hole () in a fixed lock tab () affixed to the cage (). When the lock () is closed, the lock device () is secured and the cage () cannot be removed from the base () without opening the lock (). The lock () and the lock tabs () are protected by a shroud () affixed to the cage (). End panels () and a perforated body panel () complete the cage ().
