Abstract:

The present soft article dispenser is comprised of a tube with an open loading end and a constricted dispensing end. The tube is comprised of a rolled up sheet of flexible and collapsible material, such as fabric, with opposite edges which are sewn together. A loading end reinforcing band and a dispensing end reinforcing band are provided at the corresponding ends of the tube. Each reinforcing band is comprised of a rolled up sheet of stronger material, such as leather or vinyl-coated fabric, with opposite edges which are sewn together. The constricted dispensing end is comprised of a disc sewn to the end of the dispensing end reinforcing band. A hole is provided in the disc. A loop is attached to the tube at the open loading end for hanging. Soft articles, such as small items of clothing, plastic bags, disposable gloves, etc. , are stuffed snugly into the dispenser from the loading end.

Abstract:

A synthetic vision system includes a main processor that receives real time telemetry, the main processor retrieving tiles associated with a terrain map based on the real time telemetry, and the main processor processes the tiles corresponding to a mode of display. A rendering processor receives the tiles processed by the main processor, and the rendering processor renders the tiles into synthetic vision image. The rendering processor sends the synthetic vision image to at least one of a primary flight display (PFD), multi-functional display (MFD), and a secondary flight display (SFD). A processor in the at least one of the PFD, MFD, and SFD replaces inactive pixels (black pixels) with pixels of the synthetic vision image such that the synthetic vision image underlays the flight data displayed on the at least one of the PFD, MFD, and SFD.

Abstract:

Methods and apparatuses are provided for facilitating fairnetting and the distribution of currency trades. In one example, the method may include: (i) estimating non-provided trade information for each trade type of aggregated sets of trades of a plurality of trades using a market mid-rate; (ii) determining a netted amount and a market amount to transact based on received trade information and the estimated non-provided trade information; (iii) executing one or more trades for the market amount at a market rate; and (iv) distributing the market amount and the netted amount proportionally amongst the plurality of trades.
