Do you know if your public school has tested its water for lead?
We realized maybe our schools arent thinking this is an option, said Portland Water District spokeswoman Michelle Clements. All but one school in the Portland Water District did the testing, and none was found to have elevated lead levels, she said.

Portland Water District spokeswoman Michelle Clements told The Washington Post in an email Tuesday evening that the agency was talking with the City of Portland to see what can be done,but that the city and the water district agreed years ago to allow graffiti art on the site.
