Interests:
I am interested in theater and dance so I'd rather support a local community preformance of the Nutcracker or High School Musical than go to see a movie.
Additionally I enjoy gardening and flowers. I enjoy teaching my girls about conservation by composting and recycling.
About:
Hi, Although I'm not a native Charlottean, I am proud to call Charlotte my home! Originally I grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania which is about 40 miles North of Philadelphia. If fact, my parents still live on a small farm there which the girls love to visit. Later I graduated from Marshall University (We are MARSHALL) in Huntington, West Virginia with a degree in Public Relations/Journalism. I worked in public relations in Charleston, West Virginia as an Information Rep for Hazardous Waste for the Division of Environment Protection and later as a Public Relations Manager for the WV State Medical Association. I moved to Charlotte in 1996 and never looked back! I am married to my husband, Rob who works for Wachovia Bank. Additionally, he serves our country in Air National Guard with the 130th Air Guard Unit in Charleston, WV. For this reason, I have a special heart for working with military families. We also have 2 daughters, Kennedy and Adrienne and their rescued guinea pigs, Peanut Butter and Oreo. I am an active full-time BROKER/REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty at the Ballantyne Area Market Center. I am licensed in North and South Carolina and specialize in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Union counties (NC) and York & Lancaster counties (SC). Having worked as an agent for 8+ years, I can help you negotiate the best price and terms whether you're buying or selling. Furthermore, my extensive marketing experience utilizing innovative techniques including television and mall advertising to get the greatest exposure for your property. My clients are like family and I embrace their needs and wants as my own. I'd love to help you with your real estate goals, too. Please contact me today and let's get started! Michelle
