Abstract:

An insulin syringe storage rack comprised of: a first side surface and a second side surface, both being substantially vertical and having a top edge; a top surface being substantially horizontal and supported by the first and second side surfaces; a plurality of apertures positioned on the top surface and sized to receive an insulin syringe; and a plurality of tubular structures, each positioned below the top surface and corresponding to one of the apertures and adapted to receive and vertically support said insulin syringe. Alternate embodiments of the insulin syringe storage rack can further include one or more additional storage receptacles a front side surface and/or a rear side surface, and space for disposing indicia thereon.

Abstract:

An insulin syringe storage rack comprised of: a top layer, a middle layer, and a bottom layer, each substantially parallel to one another, a first side surface and a second side surface supporting the top layer, middle layer, and bottom layer. The top layer and middle layer each have a series of apertures, with each aperture on the top layer having a corresponding aperture on the middle layer and adapted to receive and vertically position an insulin syringe within one (1) of the apertures on the top layer and one (1) of the apertures on the middle layer. The rack is intended for use within a refrigerator and includes sufficient surface area between the apertures and/or between the apertures and the edge of the top surface to allow writing, a label, or other indicia to be positioned to indicate information about one (1) or more of the syringes. The rack can further include one (1) or more additional horizontal support layers.
