I am a Sales Counselor for Horizon Homes in Marine Creek Ranch. I actually work as a representative for Horizon Homes and am not a licensed realtor that is available for representing buyers and sellers. However,we do have a very good program foryour realtor and want to work with you to build the home of your dreams. Our homes range from just over 1500 sq. ft. to just under 3,500 sq. ft. I became familiar with Horizon just over 2 years ago when my wife and I purchased our Horizon Home in Fort Worth. We have enjoyed our home and our experience with Horizon so much that when I began to contemplate a career change I started to inquire with the Sales Counselor we worked with about how to pursue a career in this industry. One thing lead to another, and I find myself blessed to represent a company that I believe in and that serves my family well. The floorplan that we enjoy is the Aberdeen and features 4 bedrooms, a gameroom and a study as well as formal living and dining areas. Carolyn (my wife) particularly likes the large pantry and the extra space in the laundry room. One of the things that stood out in our minds when we saw the floorplans that Horizon offers is the tremendously good use of space. You walk into the front door of a Horizon and it feels open and light...and then you begin to notice the closet space and the sensible way things are laid out...and you start to say, "I could see myself living here." That's exactly how it worked for us and our four children. Then, the next thing we noticed was quality. We could have found (and did) lower priced homes. But, we couldn't find more quality for the money. So, when it came time to think about who I would work for, it was an easy answer. The "why" was also easy. I've made my living in sales for 15 years...what I wanted to do was to take that experience and use it to benefit others by providing their families with the same value we enjoy in our home. Whether or not you and your family can enjoy the same experience my family and I have had is a question that only you can answer, call me and let's explore the possibilities.
