Campaign for Arizona's Future also paid for a mailer this month reminding recipients that a vote for the independent candidate in the race, former Scottsdale police Lt. Mike Stauffer, was essentially a vote for Arpaio because it would bleed support from Penzone.
The remaining respondents split their votes between former Scottsdale police Lt. Mike Stauffer, running as an independent, and none of the above, with Stauffer drawing support from 8.24 percent of respondents, and the remaining 8.35 percent saying they would not vote for any of the candidates.
