About:

A foot in the door opportunity as a receptionist at an advertising firm in West Los Angeles led to a promotion where I became an assistant to the Senior VP in the traffic department, learning about deadlines and maintaining good communication with all departments at the agency. I was responsible for making sure that all print materials and commercials were distributed on time to the different outlets, as well as, keeping and meeting production deadlines. Three years later I was offered a position working for a major Insurance company in Los Angeles where I was responsible for the traffic department. It was here that I decided to go into sales, and started my sales career selling insurance for this company. I obtained my real estate license in 1990 and started selling real estate in a small office in East Los Angeles by the name of Casa Latina Real Estate. At the time the market was on a cyclical downward spiral, so I started my real estate career learning, first hand, about foreclosures and helping investors find great deals and flipping properties, this prepared me for today’s cyclical market. With 20 years of experience in real estate sales I have learned that sales is about educating clients so they can make informed decisions. I have found that when I take the time to explain the available options it helps expedite the process and it makes it easier for all concerned. A large percentage of my business comes from referrals and repeat business. I have earned my clients trust and they in turn have referred friends and family to me. Throughout the market changes I have assisted my clients with home retention, bill consolidation and financial planning. When I meet with a family I insist in finding out about their finances and insurance needs and I advise them on what steps they need to take to make their lives more secure and to have a plan for the future. I balance my business by giving to my community; I believe in active service and charitable contributions. In my business dealings I insist that it must be a Win-Win or no deal. I have lived and worked in the San Gabriel Valley for the past twenty five years, I am a full time residential real estate broker with experience helping clients buy and sell properties. I love to walk the Royal Oaks Trail almost every day and meet a lot of my fellow residents doing the same thing, I have found great pleasure in walking and admiring nature in the morning before I start my day, it is a form of meditation and relaxation for me. I have traveled throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America and parts of Europe, I love reading exciting books, learning and creating beautiful things. In my spare time I enjoy horticulture and experimenting on mixing a variety of flowers in potted arrangements. Life has broad disparities and I strive to bring balance to those in need while actively serving those who entrust their investments to my broad base of experience.
