Mitchell Harrison, 26, was rescued from the water but died from his injuries overnight at Brigham and Women's Hospital, according to police. The man he was allegedly fighting with, Lenny Quintero-Flores, 27, will be arraigned Wednesday and charged with manslaughter.

Man dies after pushed into Charles River by friend, police say
State police said they responded to a recreational dock near the Massachusetts Avenue bridge for a report of a man in the water Tuesday evening. The 26-year-old man, later identified as Mitchell Harrison, was pulled from the river around 5:20 p.m. and taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital.
