Naim Muhammad, 32, is charged with capital murder and is being held on $2 million bond after police say he abducted and drowned two of his three sons Monday. The alleged abduction occurred as the boys, age 3 and 5, were walking to school with their mother.
DALLAS Naim Muhammad held his head low as police officers walked him inside the Dallas County jail on Monday evening and officially charged him with capital murder for the drowning deaths of his two young sons.
An arrest warrant obtained Tuesday by The Dallas Morning News shows that 32-year-old Naim Muhammad told homicide detectives in a videotaped interview that he drowned the 3-year-old and 5-year-old boys in a remote area.
