Nancy was first licensed as a Real Estate License Salesman in 1983 and obtained a Real Estate Broker’s License in 1987; in additional to completion of numerous Professional Real Estate courses. Nancy passed the CPA exam in 1989. Nancy first began working for Woolson Real Estate in 1982 and purchased the company from its founder Robert B. Woolson in 1996. Nancy has served as a director on numerous boards in Victoria and throughout the State and is the only person in the history of the Victoria Board of Realtors to serve two consecutive terms as president. In addition she has serviced as President of the YMCA and the Victoria Apartment Association. Nancy served as Chair of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce in 2011 and is currently serving as Immediate Past Chair of the Chamber of Commerce. She was voted Realtor of the Year in 1991 by her peers and then again in 2008. Nancy was selected one for the Five Most Outstanding Business Women in Victoria in 2010. Work with financial institutions nationwide on various real estate projects. Owns, constructed and operate personal real estate investments.
