As a psychotherapist I believe in guiding the client to sharper insight, judgment and healthy choice making. To increase coping skills, increase healthy communication, and improve mental and physical health is my over all goal. I have a wide knowledge of education and experience dealing with many mental health issues and life situations. I have had my license since 1989 and appreciate all the work I have experienced over the years with my clients.
