I moved to Ocean County New Jersey in January of 1976 in one of the worst snow storms on record! They told me when I signed the sales contract "leave your sled and boots up North, we don't get snow". This storm was so bad it droped 3 feet of snow and the moving guys slept over as they couldn't get back to the parkway. I was only the second home owner to move in on my block and I was within walking distance to the builders model homes. People were always knocking on my door after the sales office closed and asking all kinds of questions including "can we see your house". One Monday morning I marched right over to the sales office to complain and the sales manager asked "do you want a job?" That was the beginning of my real estate career. Today I am the Broker-Manager at COLDWELL BANKER Riviera Realty in Bayville, N.J. Nancy was born and raised in Newark, NJ and moved to Ocean County in 1977 and is a true Jersey Girl that truly appreciates living and working at the Jersey Shore. She has had a very successful Real Estate career starting out in 1981 as an active agent and then in 1989 accepted her first Real Estate management position. Nancy holds a NJ Broker's License as well as the CRB, SRES, CDPE and SFR Designations. Nancy is a Director for the Ocean County Board of Realtors as well as Chair Person for the Grievance Committee. In 2010 Nancy served as the President of the Local Chapter of the Women's Council and as the NJ WCR State Governor in 2011. In 2010 Nancy was honored as the REALTOR of the YEAR by the NJ Association of Realtors. Nancy has an Associate's Degree in Business attained at Montclair State College. Nancy's daughter has a Master's Degree in Education from NYU and now works for the CJFHC in Lakewood. Her granddaughter is now seven and in school full time. Nancy loves spending time with Jennie and Sarah and as an avid gardener loves when she and Sarah are planting and tending to all the beautiful flowers blossoming throughout most of the spring, summer and fall. Nancy and Sarah also like bicycling along the bay area's of Waretown.
