As an entrepreneur Nancy has more than three decades of operational, management, and accounting experience. She and her husband have been real estate investors and property managers for over 18 years, so the move into real estate proved to be the right one as she was named Top Producer for 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009. She obtained the Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2004 and the Certified Residential Specialist in 2007. In 2008 Nancy got her Broker's license and is now an Broker Associate. Nancy is a South Texas girl, a native of Corpus Christi. She moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas and met her husband there. They moved to Connecticut, opened a commercial carpet business, and stayed for fifteen years. Their first date was a fishing trip to Port O'Connor where Nancy caught her first redfish! She was hooked and fishing has been a common thread in their relationship over the years from Lake Travis to Long Island Sound, and finally back down to the Texas coast after she and her husband sold their business in 2001. They picked Rockport not only for the fantastic fishing, but also because her father had bought a house in Key Allegro in the 1980's and her three children and eight grandchildren had fallen in love with Rockport over the years. Whether you have a single lot or a luxury home on the golf course, Nancy gives the same special attention and dedication to all her clients. If you are selling your house, she treats it as though it were her own. If you are a buyer, she will help find what you want and then represent your interests in the transaction. She specializes in vacation, retirement, waterfront, and investment properties. If you are looking to buy/sell or sell/buy, she is an expert in 1031 tax-free exchanges. We would have been on to her a lot sooner if this had been the law, said Nancy Jacobs, a Maryland state senator who represents Cecil and Harford counties. If they had been searching for her after 24 hours, granted she would still be dead, but the DNA wouldnt be decomposed like it was.
