I have lived in Arizona for 23 years. We moved here from New York and never looked back. I am married to my best friend and partner in real estate Leon Chusid -- 25 years and counting! I am an avid reader. The best evening out for me is dinner and a play or movie, then discussing the play or movie with friends over a night cap. We enjoy going to restaurants and try to sample everything from the the most humble mom-and-pop cafe to fine dining restaurants, though we mostly go to middle-range, comfortable restaurants that don't mind if we stretch out the evening until it's closing time. I have two dogs - Havanese - Misha and Nika. These 15-lb. fluff-balls are my babies. My other favorite activity is traveling. Still on the wish list are southeast Asia, Turkey, eastern Europe and Russia. In real estate I work with my clients to satisfy their heads and their hearts by finding them the right house for the right price. I enjoy finding out what people really want, and doing the legwork to find that perfect home that meets their needs and fulfills their dreams. It's very exciting and I feel a great sense of accomplishment when we've reached a meeting of the minds that satisfies everyone -- but most of all my clients.
