Bragging Rights:

I have deeply loved and contributed to the lives of eight men in my life, including two fathers, and one cherished true love lost in the confusion of my youth. I'm proud to have learned some things necessary to maintaining relationships (this Army brat lived in seventeen different homes before going off to college). I'm proud now to have been married to THE SAME (sweet) MAN for over 25 years, and to have raised two wonderful, remarkable, loving and lovable daughters. I was for many years reckless, confused, and sometimes hurtful. I devoted much of the last thirty years to my children, husband, sisters, friends, parents, co-workers, and neighbors. I worked hard for my SUPER University of Texas at Austin education. I do my best to contribute supportively to every situation and person I encounter (sometimes I even succeed.... :) I enjoy people,, learning, reading, thinking, spirituality, gardening, art, athletics, current events, ideas, natural history, humor, writing, animals, children, good movies, travel, my home, neighborhood, city, state and country. I especially value those friends who have put up with me through my hardest times, who value and celebrate my unique gifts and personal qualities, and offer me in return their own uniquely valuable selves in return.
