She helped us find furniture; arranged to have it put into air-conditioned storage; was there when it was delivered, and made sure that it wasn't placed in "climate controlled" but rather an air-conditioned unit (there is a difference). After we moved down, she assisted us when our new furniture was delivered, helped us arrange it (she's a smart interior decorator), and even got out the windex for our lovely new china closet. She also went out and got us some food and drinks. We were absolutely astonished at the wonderful service and caring attitude of this Realtor. Can't believe they are all like this.
