She appeared interested in what we wanted and very willing to work for us. She was extremely patient with two very picky people and when we found exactly what we were looking for, she immediately started the wheels in motion. As we had to leave to go back to our northern home, we were pleasantly surprised by all that she did for us, keeping in touch and letting us know every detail of what was going on. Some of the services she provided us were definitely above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us find furniture; arranged to have it put into air-conditioned storage; was there when it was delivered, and made sure that it wasn't placed in "climate controlled" but rather an air-conditioned unit (there is a difference). After we moved down, she assisted us when our new furniture was delivered, helped us arrange it (she's a smart interior decorator), and even got out the windex for our lovely new china closet. She also went out and got us some food and drinks. We were absolutely astonished at the wonderful service and caring attitude of this Realtor. Can't believe they are all like this.
