Abstract:

An exercise device guides the user during performance of a squatting exercise while the exercise device repetitively moves down and up any suitable vertically oriented surface, such as a wall. During performance of the squatting exercise the user rests against a back support surface. Rolling members provide for a smooth rolling contact between the exercise device and the wall during performance of the squatting exercise. A grip member, or members, positioned distal from the rolling members and in front of the user provides the user with ready and true control over the exercise device during the performance of the squatting exercise. The squatting exercise achieved using the exercise device strengthen or otherwise tone many muscle groups including the quadriceps, the knees, the hamstrings, the ankles, the glutenous maximus, the abdomen and the lower back.

Abstract:

A rifle star chamber cleaning tool body includes a through hole disposed along a rifle star chamber tool body long axis. At least one end of the through hole includes a groove or slot. The through hole is adapted to slidingly and rotatingly accept a rod. The rifle star chamber cleaning tool body is shaped to slide at least in part into an upper receiver of a rifle. A method to clean a star chamber of an upper receiver of a rifle and a rifle star chamber cleaning tool are also described.

Abstract:

A firearm sight adjustment tool may be capable of interfacing with a firearm sight adjustment mechanism that includes a compressible pin, a rotatable wheel, and a protrusion projecting away from the wheel. The tool may include a first component having a grip on the top side and a shaft from the bottom side. The tool may also have a second component with a tunnel to receive the shaft as well as a pin press protruding from the bottom of the second component. In use, the shaft may be rotatable within the tunnel to apply torque to the protrusion while the pin press compresses the pin.

Abstract:

A T-handle firearm cleaning tool includes a T-handle firearm cleaning tool body having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface and a T-handle firearm cleaning tool body longitudinal axis. A flexible cable has a connector mechanically coupled to a first flexible cable end and a cleaning tool bit mechanically coupled to a second flexible cable end opposite the first flexible cable end. A tapered cavity is disposed in either of the first surface or the second surface, the tapered cavity having a tapered cavity long axis substantially perpendicular to the T-handle firearm cleaning tool body longitudinal axis. Abstract:

A mouth protection system may include a formable mouth guard and a storage container. The mouth guard may include an elastic component and an inelastic component. The mouth guard may be heated, for instance, by allowing a working fluid to contact a reactant in a heating compartment.
