Neil Ray, is the president and principal home inspector for Homespecs and has worked in the construction industry since 1987. He has been a hands-on licensed general contractor for many years working on both residential and commercial buildings. His knowledge and experience enables Homespecs to offer a more thorough home inspection. Our office is located in Malibu and we serve most of the Greater Los Angeles Area.Neil has performed over 3500 home inspections and has been retained to inspect numerous types of properties from small lofts to $40 million dollar estates. Neil isnot only amember of the California Real Estate Inspection Association but has surpassed most other inspector's certifications.Hehas beencertified as aMaster CREIAInspectorand aCREIA New Construction Specialist.These are the highest designations that an inspectorcan obtain as a CREIA member. He isalso a member of theAmerican Society of Home Inspectors, and attends many of the training conferences and monthly meetings.
