And was cited as "The Prince of Bad Boy". His talent and performance are in the company of Alicia Keys and John Legend. His instruments of choice are lyric, melody, and acoustic guitar as well as piano. This twenty six year old native of the Bronx, New York and one of P. Diddys newest signings continued the legacy of great performing artists. Hes prolificway beyond his years, -Mark Pitts, President of Urban Music, Zomba Music Group. Nelson got his big break at age seventeen when he auditioned for multi-platinum selling songwriter/producer Charles Farrar (Boyz II Men, Tyrese) at the world famous Sony Recording Studios in New York. Farrar signed him to his Virus Entertainment label and he spent the next year being polished into a teen superstar. The combination landed him and Virus Entertainment a recording/production deal with Sean P. Diddy Combs legendary record company, Bad Boy Entertainment. Nelson then started working on my debut CD with Sean P. Diddy Combs, Ryan Leslie, Raphael Saadiq, and Charles Farrar. His manager, Graffiti Writers LLC Exec Bobby Kennedy, shared plans to introduce him to music fans in a very informal way. Nelson have performed to great reviews from S.O.Bs and Spotlight Live in New York City to his live acoustic set at the Sundance Film Festival and VH1 Save the Music Event in Beverly Hills. Sylvia Rhone, President of Motown Universal, said His tone is incredible. Jason Flom, Chairman/CEO of Virgin Records U.S.,said See you at the Grammys. However the talent that people saw in him , as well as his broad appeal also lead to a global sponsorship from the Gibson Guitar Company and a tour throughout Germany with Berlins urban radio station Jam-FM. Nelsons boyish charm and mature soul is nothing short of engaging. His lyrics and melodies will inspire past, present, and future generations to come. Nelson has written & co-produced/vocal produced with Carl Thomas, Nina Sky, Ryan Leslie, Rapheal Saddiq, Sean P.Diddy Combs, Mario Winans, Charles Farrar, who is a two time grammy award winning Songwriter & producer for Boyz II men & Tyrese's SweetLady. Nelson also had a cameo in the Nasty Girl Video Notorious B.I.G. ft. Jagged Edge, P.Diddy Combs He has also been blessed with the opportunity to have had a promotional tour in Europe as well as live acoustic sets at the Sundance Film Festival and VH1 Save the Music Event in Beverly Hills. As of 2011, Nelson is currently seeking other musical opportunities.
