Stanley pointed to a 2010 case the ACLU took up after a college student was detained for questioning because he had English-Arabic flash cards that included the word "bomb" in his pockets. The student in question, Nicholas George, ultimately won a $25,000 settlement in 2015, according to CBS News.

But suspicion lingers. In an extreme 2009 case, California college student Nicholas George was detained at Philadelphia Airport for five hours after security officers spotted Arabic language flashcards in his carry-on luggage.
Clayton Murtha scored 16 for Washington and Lee, and Nicholas George added 14 points and six rebounds. Andy Kleinlein sealed the win with two made free throws with 6.8 seconds left to finish with 11 points in the close win.
