Extensive knowledge in multiple warehouse management, serving as the director of western operations for a large computer products distributor. Directed and managed the construction, equipping, hiring, staffing and training of a “Just in Time” replenishment center used to supply 19 regional distribution centers. Implemented distribution center changeover from that of normal distribution to “just in time” distribution for over 900, retail chain stores.
