Pamela is married with two (2) sons. The eldest son attends Florida A&M University, the rival school from which her husband Drew graduated, Bethune Cookman College now Bethune Cookman University. The youngest is in high school where his favorite pass time is anything that has to do with the Marching Knights of East Ridge High. He loves music and plays all brass instruments, primarily the euphonium (baritone) but drums are now running a close second.

Pamela Tarver of Montgomery told the group that she took out a $700 title loan four years ago to pay her rent. The lender kept offering her more credit and she increased it to $3,800. She said she has paid more than $14,000 in interest and fees and still owes money.
